Executive DEIB Roundtable: Leading Inclusive Change

This exclusive evening of dialogue and connection will be facilitated by Nora Fraser (She/Her), founder of The Multicultural Professional Network and a distinguished Global People & Culture Leader. With extensive experience across private and public sectors in Australia, Europe, and the UK, Nora has led key diversity and inclusion programmes for leading organisations and actively mentors emerging professionals.

The interactive session will cover best practices for building inclusive workplaces, the role of DEIB in creating opportunities for all, and ways to amplify every voice. Attendees will also have the chance to network with like-minded professionals.

The event is open to all, with particular relevance for government team members, councillors, MPs, and anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Discussions may contribute to a summary report shared with participants and relevant stakeholders.
