MPN launches Leadership for Impact programme

The Multicultural Professional Network (MPN) has announced the launch of its Leadership for Impact Programme, an inclusive leadership initiative designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, confidence and capability to step into leadership and governance roles across a range of sectors.

The programme has been developed to support talented professionals who are often underrepresented in decision-making spaces. Through a combination of in-person workshops and online learning, Leadership for Impact delivers practical, accessible and flexible leadership development, empowering participants to lead with purpose and influence.

Leadership for Impact is structured around four core areas, inclusive and values-based leadership; governance readiness and board participation; personal wellbeing and sustainable leadership; and mentoring and digital support. Participants gain access to experienced mentors and MPN’s ImpactSphere digital hub, strengthening leadership capability, networks and practical insight to drive positive outcomes within organisations and communities.

As part of MPN’s commitment to removing barriers to participation, a limited number of scholarship subsidies are available to support transport and access. The programme is open to professionals at all career stages, with no prior leadership or governance experience required. MPN is working in collaboration with a range of strategic partners to deliver the programme.
