Life at Work launches new brand The HR Portal

Life at Work is celebrating the launch of its new brand, The HR Portal, offering foundational documents, support and advice that new businesses need to start strong.

Life at Work director Lois Andrijich says: "We created the HR Portal after recognising the lack of affordable and reliable HR entry points for businesses. Often by the time many of our new clients were ready for personalised HR support, they already had employment contracts and HR processes in place that were not fit for purpose, that created unnecessary risks for their organisation.

"We find that business owners in the start-up stage are trying to do as much as possible themselves, so they're creating documents and templates themselves, or relying on Google or ChatGPT advice for their HR processes".
