Life at work announces partnership with WACSSO

Life at Work is pleased to announce it has entered into a partnership with the Western Australian Council of State School Organisations (WACSSO), to deliver a HR Support Service Pilot for Parents and Citizens Associations (P&Cs) throughout Western Australia.

WACSSO is the peak body representing parents of public school students in WA, providing support to over 650 P&Cs across the state. Life at Work has been working with the Western Australian Council of State School Organisations (WACSSO) team for a number of years now, providing HR services to the direct team, and it is pleased to now be able to extend its service offering to P&Cs.

All P&Cs who employ staff will receive a set of dedicated support hours provided by Life at Work to receive practical advice on people-related matters such as award interpretation and classification queries, guidance on employment contracts, help with performance management, and general HR questions and advice.

The pilot is an early delivery milestone for WACSSO’s Lotterywest-supported Digital and Service Transformation Project, and will provide expert guidance to help volunteer committees navigate their employer responsibilities with confidence.
