Od dear - office space up

BRISBANE has moved up the rankings by one position in a list of cities with the most expensive office occupancy costs.
The DTZ Global Occupancy Costs office research report ranked Brisbane at 46, making it cheaper than Sydney and Perth, but more expensive than Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide.
National research director David Green-Morgan says the research forecasts a decline in global office occupancy costs, and expects rents in all CBD markets to decline, with Brisbane and Perth at risk of the biggest falls in the country.
Tokyo pipped London’s West End for the No.1 spot as the world’s most expensive office location, followed by Hong Kong and Moscow.
The report is a guide to total occupancy costs across 114 business districts in 49 countries and territories worldwide.
