Two Southeast Queensland-based specialist care providers have joined forces as All About Living becomes part of Vertaview Group, through a strategic merger aimed at addressing the growing challenges in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and aged care sectors.

Formerly known as Bayside Community Options and in operation since 1992, All About Living currently has a workforce approximately 160 employees and supports 1,700 customers across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

Also based in Brisbane, the much larger Vertaview claims to be a leader in disability support and mental health services, and brings together multiple human and social service providers - Allinto, Arbourwell, Multicap and Open Minds.

With around 2,500 staff, Vertaview provides individualised support, experiences and opportunities for more than 8,000 people across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

The partnership was formed to help overcome increasing pressures on the sector such as funding complexities, workforce shortages and rising demand for complex support services.

Vertaview Group CEO Damian Bell says the partnership, which came into effect from the start of this financial year, reflects a shared commitment to sustainability in human services.

"This merger is more than a business decision - it’s a strategic response to the increasing complexity and demand within the NDIS and aged care sectors," says Bell.

"As providers navigate funding pressures, workforce shortages, and evolving regulatory requirements, it’s never been more important to unite under a shared vision," he says.

"All About Living’s values and expertise align with Vertaview Group’s mission to deliver high-impact, community-driven support."

All About Living chief executive officer Leonie Fowke describes the partnership as a natural evolution for the organisation.

"Joining Vertaview Group allows us to strengthen our legacy of care while gaining access to a broader network of support, innovation, and leadership," Fowke says.

"We’re excited about the opportunities this partnership brings for our customers, staff, and the wider community. It’s a powerful step forward in ensuring continuity of care and long-term sustainability."
