CARTER Newell Lawyers kicks off 2015 with eleven elevations across their Brisbane and Sydney offices.
Carter Newell is pleased to welcome Luke Preston (Construction & Engineering) and Michael Bath (Insurance and Construction & Engineering) to the partnership.
Preston, who will be based in Brisbane, has more than 21 years' experience in construction law, commercial litigation and insolvency, regularly acting for leading Australian construction contractors, miners, heavy engineering contractors and industry consultants.
He has a broad experience in payment claims and adjudication applications under the BCIPA and a particular expertise in Body Corporate and Community Management law.
Being elevated to Senior Associate are Milton Latta (Insurance), Andrew O'Halloran (Construction & Engineering) and Lara Radik (Workplace Relations).
Being promoted to Associate are Megan Butterworth (Insurance), Greg Stirling (Insurance), Jillian Commins (Insurance), Jasmine Wood (Resources), Marnie Carroll (Construction & Engineering) and Michael Elliott (Construction & Engineering).
