MY Pet Warehouse founder Philip Bartholomew, who is also the former Petbarn CEO, is opening the brand's first Queensland facility.
The largest online pet supplies, pet accessories and pet food retailer, which was launched in June 2009, will occupy a 1200sqm facility at Stafford.
It is expected this will primarily compete with the 10 Petbarn's across Brisbane.
It will become My Pet Warehouse's seventh Australian warehouse and the five-year lease was negotiated by Peter Capps and Alex Smith of Savills.
Smith says the property is within close proximity to key transport infrastructure including Gympie Road, Southern Cross Way and the Brisbane Airport, and just minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
