THE International Real Estate Federation has named Springfield Land Corporation as the world’s best master planned development.
Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono presented the Prix d’Excellence award to the developer in Bali.
Springfield chairman Maha Sinnathamby says the award comes as welcome recognition for the company’s efforts to uplift society and promote a sense of community.
“This award is recognition for all the people who believed in Springfield and is proof positive that we have the runs on the board to help South East Queensland cope with its growing pains,” he says.
