AMALGAMATED Property Group has sold 26 apartments in its $200 million Sierra Grand Residential Resort and Spa at Broadbeach.
Around $15 million in sales have been recognised in the last two months, bringing total sales to $115 million.
Sierra Grand is a 30-level residential tower on the corner of Margaret Avenue and Surf Parade. Remaining apartments for sale are priced from $369,000.
Located in walking distance to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Conrad Jupiter’s Casino and Broadbeach’s bustling restaurant hub, Sierra Grand is managed by Mantra, one of Australia’s leading resort management companies.
The mixed-used project is one of two Gold Coast-based developments by Amalgamated Property Group. The other is the $90 million Element twin tower project at Burleigh.
