TWO Tweed real estate identities have joined forces to create North Estate Agents after breaking away from the Raine & Horne franchise.
Mark Humphries and Lance Cotterill have re-branded their business which has operated in the area for almost six decades.
Humphries says the new North Estate Agents brand will be a prominent force in the local Tweed Heads and Coolangatta areas.
“Following extensive market research we identified the strong demand from the market for new technologies and innovation when selling or buying property. This expansion was crucial to ensure the agency retained a competitive market edge,” he says.
“Year after year we have continued to grow despite the markets ups and downs and since 1990 we have transacted more than 300 properties every year and in 2008 our sales exceeded $120 million.”
